I have bet on countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have enjoyed online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of funds at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the house.

I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get rich with this method or beat the house, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very fun at times. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a few years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a couple of weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You have to comprehend that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the runs you notice playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.

Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Wager 10 dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar bet

Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20

Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet

Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the initial 40 dollar wager

Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet

Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160

Bet $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you left at this moment you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
